Our faith in Jesus Christ inspires the way we work: listening first, making sure people can understand and be understood in their own language, mentoring, giving practical guidance, and serving in ways that make a real difference in daily life.

The Word of Life is rooted in the African diaspora and serves diverse immigrant, refugee, low-income, and underserved communities. Our programs are open to eligible people regardless of background or faith.

Many neighbours cannot get to work, school, or appointments because the driver licensing process is hard to navigate in a new country and a new language. This program helps eligible community members work through that process step by step.
